New Cinelog35 motor 2 drop off

I have a new Cinelog35 V1 CADDX Vista quad. I added an ELRS receiver to it to be consistent with my other quads.

When I start flying, the number 2  motor (right front), drops off and the quad drop toward the right front.

I put the quad back on BetaFlight Configurator 10.10.0. When I run the motors in the motors tab, they all come up to speed properly. However, when I arm the quad from my transmitter and increase the motor speed, again #2 drops off to its idle speed. The current firmware on the GEPR/GEPRC_F722_AIO(STM32F7X2) is 4.3.1. I am using Dshot600.

Any ideas out there on what may be causing this problem?
